STM32F103VEH6, MCU ARM 32BIT 512KB FLASH BGA-100The STM32F103VEH6 is a high density performance line STM32 F1 series 32-bit Microcontroller incorporates the high-performance ARM Cortex-M3 RISC core operating at a 72MHz frequency, high speed embedded memories (Flash memory up to 512kB and SRAM up to 64KB) and an extensive range of enhanced peripherals and I/Os connected to two APB buses. This device offer three 12-bit ADCs, four general purpose 16-bit timers plus one PWM timer, as well as standard communication interfaces — up to two I²Cs, three SPIs, two I²Ss, one SDIO, five USARTs, an USB and a CAN.
